Install Windows with Bootcamp from a file?
I have two mini-questions here that I kinda fit together. I have an iso containing Windows 7 that was given to me by a friend. He said I could just put it on a flash drive and install Windows 7 with Bootcamp, but I don't know how to do that the right way. My questions are
How do I load the iso onto the flash drive and use that for Bootcamp?
Will Windows damage or modify anything on the OS X partition without my knowledge?
The second question refers to file writing, for the most part. I have heard that Windows can cause disk fragmentation (or something like that) and I don't want it to do anything to my OS X partition unless I specifically tell it to. Can anyone help me out here?
